Ever since the cliffhanger finale of American Horror Story: Delicate Part 1, fans have been left on tenterhooks, but now it looks like we might finally get closure as the horror anthology returns to our screens with Part 2.

Adapted from Danielle Valentine's book, Delicate Condition, the new season follows the story of actor Anna Alcott (Emma Roberts), whose ambition to further her career is as strong as her desire to become a mother. However, things soon become twisted and creepy, as the latest trailer showcases.

The cast also includes Emma Roberts, Kim Kardashian, Cara Delevingne and Billie Lourd.
